Malaysia Nov inflation rate up 3.3pc

Malaysia’s consumer price index rose 3.3 per cent in November from a
year earlier, driven mainly by costlier food and transportation,
government data showed on Wednesday.
Compared with October,
the index was 0.1 per cent higher, on a seasonally unadjusted basis.
A Reuters poll this week had forecast the November annual
inflation rate at 3.3 per cent. -- Reuters
