EPF sells 1.44m YTL Power shares, cuts stake to 9.68%

KUALA LUMPUR (Dec 28): The Employees Provident Fund (EPF) Board
continued to reduce its shareholding in YTL POWER INTERNATIONAL BHD [],
with the latest disposal of 1.44 million shares on Dec 22.
A
filing to Bursa Malaysia on Wednesday, Dec 28, showed the EPF sold the
shares on Dec 22 and reduced its shareholding to 703.38 million or
9.68%.
On Dec 1, it disposed of 831,600 shares and reduced its shareholding then to 714.60 million shares or 9.83%.
According to the filings, from Dec 1 to Dec 22, the EPF had disposed of 12.05 million shares.
