Johor-Singapore rail link to be ready by 2018
A mass rail link between Singapore and Malaysia’s southern Johor state
is targeted to be ready by 2018, Malaysian Prime Minister Najib Razak
said.
Singapore and Malaysia are also considering an underground
road connection and will study the viability of water taxis to boost
links, he said in Putrajaya, outside Kuala Lumpur.
Malaysia has proposed selling electricity to Singapore, he said. -- Bloomberg
