Zhulian Corp pre-tax profit rises to RM115m

Zhulian Corporation Berhad's pre-tax profit for the financial year ended
Nov 30, 2011 rose to RM115.072 million from RM105.897 million in 2010.
Revenue increased to RM357.542 million from RM322.611 million
previously, the company said in a filing to Bursa Malaysia.
The
fourth quarter's pre-tax profit of RM34.95 million was higher than the
RM29.822 million previously, due to an increase in the share of profit
of equity accounted investee as well as the strengthening of the US
dollar against the ringgit.
Barring any unforeseen
circumstances, Zhulian Corporation expects its overall performance for
the current financial year to be satisfactory. -- Bernama
