Genting takes stake in bank advisory unit Genting takes stake in bank advisory unit

Genting Bhd., a Malaysian casino group, has taken a 20 percent stake in a joint venture with a unit of CIMB Group Holdings Bhd. and two individuals to form an investment banking advisory company in Sri Lanka.

The plan was announced by CIMB in a statement in Kuala Lumpur late yesterday.
