KUALA LUMPUR: Sime Darby Bhd's share price hit a near four-year high following its sterling earnings result.

Sime Darby reported on Wednesday that its net profit for the six-months ended Dec 31, 2011, had jumped 42 per cent to RM2.2 billion.

At 4.00 pm today, Sime Darby' share price jumped 22 sen to RM9.91. - BERNAMA
