Kimlun unit secures RM151m contracts
Kimlun Corp Bhd's wholly-owned subsidiary, Kimlun Sdn Bhd, has been awarded two contracts valued at RM151.606 million.
In a filing to Bursa Malaysia today, the company said the first contract was for the construction of service apartments and ancillary building in Johor Bahru for Bukit Indah (Johor) Sdn Bhd.
The project worth RM114.702 million is slated to be completed in February 2014,.
Its second contract, worth RM36.904 million is for the building of 244 units of houses in Johor Bahru, awarded by Keck Seng (Malaysia) Bhd. This is expected to be completed in September 2013.
The projects are expected to contribute positively to the earnings and net assets of Kimlun Group for the financial years during the contract period. -- Bernama
