EP in acquisition deal

PETALING JAYA: Automotive parts manufacturer EP Manufacturing Bhd plans to enter into an acquisition agreement which will result in a significant change in business direction, it told Bursa Malaysia.

Hence trading in its shares will be suspended from 9am today till 5pm tomorrow. Its shares yesterday rose 14 sen to close at RM1.12.
