Rimbunan Sawit climbs, to acquire Formasi

Rimbunan Sawit Bhd, a palm oil producer, rose 0.9 per cent to RM1.13, headed for its highest close since March 2.
The company agreed to pay RM35.8 million (US$12 million) for Formasi Abadi Sdn, which runs oil palm plantations in the eastern state of Sarawak, Rimbunan Sawit said in a statement. -- Bloomberg
