Alam Maritim bags RM121.5m jobs

Alam Maritim Resources Bhd (AMRB) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Alam Maritim (M) Sdn Bhd has
received
a Letter of Award from Petronas Carigali Sdn Bhd for the provision of
four work boats to support the latter's Peninsular Malaysia operations
painting activities.
In a filing to Bursa Malaysia, AMRB said
the contract required the group's two work boats for a primary period
of one year with an extension option exercisable by Petronas Carigali
for another one year, for each work boat.
The contract value is
estimated up to RM121.54 million, if Petronas Carigali engaged the work
boats for the full duration, inclusive of optional period.
The contract commenced on May 25, 2012, the group said. -- Bernama
received
