UEM Land to adopt dividend policy payout

UEM Land Holdings announced that it will be adopting a dividend policy of a payout of 20 per cent to 40 per cent of the group's consolidated realised profit after tax and minority interests.
"This will be subject to among others, availability of distributable reserves and adequate free cash flow from operations," it said in a filing to Bursa Malaysia today. -- Bernama
