PFCE drops on DAT mandatory offer plan (7165)

PFCE Bhd, an engineering solution provider, tumbled 6.2 per cent to 61 sen at noon today, the biggest drop since March 16.

Group plans to make a mandatory general offer for the shares it doesn't
already own at 60 sen per share, PFCE said. The offer price is 7.7 per
cent below the stock's closing price yesterday. --
