KUALA LUMPUR (Nov 19): Bina Puri Properties Sdn Bhd, wholly owned subsidiary of Bina Puri Holdings Bhd, announced a joint venture (JV) agreement with Sentosa Jaya Development Sdn Bhd today.
The joint development, named “Sentosa Residence”, is estimated to have a gross development value of RM 148.7 million
The project will consist of construction of 1 block of 27–storey apartments which house 10 units of shops, 11 office units, 339 apartments and 485 car parks.
The piece of land known as Lot 1910 (PT1592) is located in Jajahan Kota Bharu, Kelantan.
The intended construction period is within 36 months and is expected to raise Bina Puri’s total GDV to RM 3.07 billion.
