Advance Capital ceases to be susbstantial shareholder in iDimension
KUALA LUMPUR (Oct 30): Advance Capital Partners Pte Ltd has ceased to be a substantial shareholder iniDimension Consolidated Bhd ([You must be registered and logged in to see this image.] Financial Dashboard) after disposing of 20 million shares, or 5.06%, through off-market transactions on Wednesday.
Advance Capital is left with a 2.53% stake in iDimension after the share divestme
Bursa filings show Singapore-based Advance Capital Partners had re-emerged as a substantial shareholder in the company with 30 million shares or a 7.06% stake on Oct 24, following the conversion of redeemable convertible preference shares, pursuant to a subscription agreement.
iDimension closed 0.5 sen or 5.26% higher at 10 sen, with a market capitalisation of RM41.47 million.
