Ikam Maju to dispose land for RM3.6m

Ikam Maju Sdn Bhd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Keladi Maju Bhd, has signed three sales and purchase agreements with Nasa Land Sdn Bhd to set the terms for the disposal of 1.2 hectares of
three pieces of vacant freehold land in Tebrau, Johor Baharu, for RM3.63 million cash.
It said Nasa Land would pay 10 per cent upon signing and the remaining 90 per cent in three months from the date of the agreement signing.
Keladi Maju directors are of the opinion that the sale and purchase
agreement terms were fair, reasonable and on normal commercial terms in the company's best interest. -- Bernama
