Kelington expects Puritec to contribute to earnings by Q3 (0151)

KUALA LUMPUR: Kelington Group Bhd expects its newly-acquired Puritec Technologies (S) Pte Ltd,
which designs and installs delivery systems for exhausts, to contribute
to the group's earnings by the third quarter of this year.
Kelington chairman Raymond Gan said on Monday Puritec would allow the group to leverage in its own engineering expertise to tap into a new market segment.
"This
brings the group another step closed to our goal of becoming one of the
most integrated delivery solution providers in the region," he said.
Kelington specialises in designing and installing delivery systems for ultra-high purity gas and chemicals.
Earlier this year, it acquired Puritec for cash consideration of S$2.10mil (RM5.07mil).
