Golden Plateau signs service deal with TM

Golden Plateau Sdn Bhd (Golden Plateau) has signed a service agreement with Telekom Malaysia Bhd (TM) for the supply,
delivery, installation, testing and commissioning of internal cabling for StarzValley in Bandar Baru Nilai.

Golden
Plateau was represented by Managing Director Choo Yoke Cheong and
Finance Director Tan Sim Hoe, while TM Negeri Sembilan General Manager
Ramlan Omar and TM Small and Medium Eenterprise General Manager Azman
Yusof inked for TM.

Choo said the signing of the service
agreement with TM, Malaysia's No. 1 broadband provider, is the first
partnership between both parties, signifying the company's commitment
in providing telecommunications infrastructures to the property owner
of Starz Valley.

"This partnership will further enhance the
adoption of ICT in Bandar Baru Nilai and bring great impact to our
daily lives. This initiative is also in line with the government's
efforts to increase broadband usage and establish an ICT-literate
nation and narrow the digital gap among Malaysians," he said.

Under
the agreement, Ramlan said TM would supply, deliver, install, tests and
commission the internal cabling equipment at Starz Valley's Small
Office and Home Office (SOHO) block and residential blocks for its High
Speed Broadband (HSBB) services requirement.

"We would like to
take this opportunity to thank Golden Plateau for having the trust and
confidence in TM being your preferred one-stop telecommunication
provider.

"The partnership established between TM and Golden
Plateau today is indeed meaningful as it will further strengthen TM's
position as Malaysia's broadband champion.

"Provisioning of
our HSBB infrastructure to the new development areas through
collaborations with real property developers and making the units
UniFi-enabled will provide the avenue for future buyers to experience
the new era of digital lifestyle, true to our aspiration of bringing an
enhanced integrated digital lifestyle to Malaysian homes," he added.

Starz Valley is perched on a four hectare (10 acres) prime freehold land at the Nilai educational township.

Starz Valley is a mixed development with commercial and residential components to cater to residents in the area.

Starz
Valley is made up of 38 units of shop lots, eight units of retail, 104
units of SOHO and 1,270 units of service apartment.

Established
as a self-contained lifestyle hub, Starz Valley is an ideal place for
students, working professionals and residents to live, work, study and
play.

Starz Valley incorporates various facilities and
amenities such as a swimming pool, floating gymnasium, barbeque area,
reflexology path, a tennis court and a garden. The service apartment
also features a five-tier security system with 24-hour security and
closed-circuit television camera.

Starz Valley is slated for completion in three years.

To date, about 90 per cent of the three available blocks of service apartments have been sold.

As part of Phase 2, 1,270 semi-furnished service apartments are
