Compugates (5037) disposes of Menang (1694) shares

KUALA LUMPUR: Compugates Holdings Bhd has disposed of its
12.3 million 50 sen each ordinary shares in the issued share capital of Menang Corp (M) Bhd for RM3.075 million.
"With the disposal, Compugates has ceased to be Menang's substantial shareholder as its shareholding in that company has fallen below five per cent in issued and paid-up capital," it said in a filing to Bursa Malaysia today.-- BERNAMA
