KUALA LUMPUR (Feb 17): Zelan Bhd has disposed of 1.42 million shares it held in IJM Corp Bhd in the open market for RM8.15 million.

In a filing to Bursa Malaysia today, the company said the proceeds from the disposal, which was executed on Feb 13, 14 and 17, 2014, would be used to pay bank borrowings and thus would improve the company’s gearing position. -- BERNAMA
