(4596) Sapura buys 2 companies for RM29m

KUALA LUMPUR: Sapura Resources Bhd is buying 85 per cent of DNest Aviation Services for RM28 million and DNest Aviation Training Centre Sdn Bhd for RM1 million.

DNest Aviation Services provides hangarage and related aviation services while DNest Aviation Traning provides education and training related to aviation technology and aircraft maintenance engineering.
