KUALA LUMPUR: HARTALEGA HOLDINGS BHD [] has been named best managed medium cap company in Malaysia for a second time by Asiamoney’s Best Managed Company Awards 2012.
The company first won the award in 2010.
The award recognises notable companies with excellent management against a range of criteria such as profitability, market leadership and innovation.
Hartalega managing director Kuan Mun Leong said in a statement last Friday that the company had been able to maintain its position at the forefront of the glove manufacturing sector by building on its key strengths, in particular product and manufacturing TECHNOLOGY [].
