Malaysia Airports expects 10% to 15% rise in sales at KLIA, LCCT
SEPANG: Malaysia Airports Holdings Bhd (MAHB)
expects a 10% to 15% increase in total sales at the KLIA as well as
low-cost carrier terminal (LCCT) and is investing RM8mil in its sales
campaign.
MAHB senior general manager commercial services Faizah
Khairuddin said the group recorded RM1.3bil last year in total sales
from KLIA and LCCT.
"Last year's performance was good. We performed better than the overall retail market in Malaysia, which stood at 6%," she said.
To support this target, the group is investing RM8mil this year in its sales campaign.
"Our aim is to improve our customers experience," Faizah added.
