KUALA LUMPUR (May 27):TEBRAU TEGUH BHD [] is considering a
future dividend policy after stopping payment last year, its chairman
Datuk Ayub bin Mion said.
“The company has not declared any dividend in 2012 but will deliberate
on a dividend policy for future payments,” Ayub said in his chairman’s

relationship.
He said Tebrau’s CONSTRUCTION [] division will remain buoyant for the
next couple of years.
He added the “Botanica” apartment project, which was shelved in 2012,
will be re-launched in the current year.
For 2012, Tebrau saw its revenue improve 60% from RM113 million in
2011 to RM181 million. Profit before tax stood at RM16.1 million against
RM2.66 million in the previous year.
