KUALA LUMPUR (June 7): Khazanah Nasional Bhd has confirmed receiving a Writ of Summons and Statement of Claim from the legal representatives of Tan Sri Halim Saad.
"As the matter is pending in court, we will refrain from making further comments," it said in a statement today.
Halim is a former majority owner and executive chairman of Renong Bhd and had filed the legal suit against Khazanah, Tan Sri Nor Mohamed Yakcop, the Government of Malaysia and Khazanah, as defendants.
Khazanah Nasional is the strategic investment fund of the government entrusted to hold and manage its commercial assets.
