Censof fixes 46.5 sen price
PETALING JAYA: Censof Holdings Bhd has fixed the issue price of 46.5 sen for 10,000,000 new shares of 10 sen each to third party investors.
The issuance, the first tranche of the private placement of up to 10% of its issued and paid-up capital, represented up to about 2.82% of Censof’s issued and paid-up capital as at Sept 19, 2013,
Its subsidiary, Century Software (M) Sdn Bhd, also received a letter of award on Sept 9 from Fisheries Development Authority of Malaysia for a contract named “Perkhidmatan Penyelenggaraan Sistem Saga Century” valued at RM1.01mil.
The contract tenure is three years beginning Oct 1, 2013 until Sept 30, 2016.
