E&O fixes warrant price at RM2.60 each
KUALA LUMPUR (Jan 5): Eastern & Oriental Bhd ([You must be registered and logged in to see this image.] Financial Dashboard) has fixed the exercise price of its warrants at RM2.60 apiece, a premium of 53 sen or 25.69% to the theoretical ex-all price (TEAP) of RM2.0686, after its proposed bonus issue.
In a Bursa Malaysia filing, E&O said the TEAP was computed based on the five-day volume weighted average market price of E&O stocks, "up to and including Jan 2, of RM2.2755 per E&O stock unit".
On Sept 5 last year, the group proposed a bonus issue of up to 114.1 million bonus shares, with up to 228.2 million warrants, and an issuance of up to RM500,000 private debt securities.
E&O shares closed seven sen, or 3.14% down at RM2.16, with a market capitalisation of RM2.4 billion.
