The clarification by Inari is in response to a media report on the matter.
According to the news report, Inari may place out a 20% stake to Khazanah.
In exchange, Inari will be given a stake in semiconductor manufacturer Silterra Malaysia Sdn Bhd which is 98% owned by Khazanah.
"The board of directors of Inari wishes to inform that it is not aware of any of the purported corporate transactions mentioned in the above article. The company has not entered into any negotiation, agreement, arrangements nor understanding with Khazanah in relation to the purported transactions mentioned in the above article.
"Nevertheless, the company will make the necessary announcements to Bursa Malaysia Securities Bhd in event of any material information in compliance with the Bursa Securities ACE Market listing requirements," Inari said.
