Kumpulan Perangsang sells 16.9% stake of Taliworks for RM66.48m

KUALA LUMPUR: Kumpulan Perangsang Selangor Bhd (KPS) has disposed of a 16.92% stake in Taliworks Corporation Bhd for RM66.479mil.
KPS said on Wednesday the 73.86 million shares were disposed of at 90 sen a share.
It added that it was approached by LGB Holdings Sdn Bhd – a major shareholder of Taliworks -- on the possibility of divesting KPS’s entire 16.92% stake to various investors identified by LGB.
KPS said the total original cost of investment of the shares was RM46.23mil.
