4 sen a unit payout for TA Growth Fund

TA Investment Management Bhd (TAIM) has declared an income distribution of 4.0 sen per unit for registered unit holders of the TA Growth Fund (TAGF) as of June 30, 2011.
The TAGF has been giving consistent, positive returns since its launch on July 1, 1996, culminating in a total gain of 148.6 per cent as of May 31, 2011.
The fund has outperformed its benchmark, FTSE Bursa Malaysia Top 100 Index (FBM Top 100), which registered a return of 43.79 per cent over the same period.
"We believe that while the world economy is really recovering, there will be short term glitches," said TA investment Management in a statement today.
TAGF aims to achieve steady income and capital growth over the medium to long-term period for its unit holders by investing in the strong economic growth of the country. -- Bernama
