3.5 sen payout for TA Islamic Fund
TA Investment Management Bhd has declared a gross income distribution
of 3.5 sen per unit for its TA Islamic Fund (TAIF) for registered unit
holders as at May 31, 2012.
TAIF has been giving consistent
returns since its launch on April 21, 2001, and has turned in a total
gain of 200.45 per cent until April 30 this year.
In a statement
today, TA Investments said it is cautiously optimistic of the future
market growth, due to the debt crisis in the Eurozone and the slow
economic recovery in the United States.
"TAIF aims to achieve
steady capital growth over the medium to long term period by investing
in a portfolio of authorised investments which conforms strictly to
Shariah principles," it said. -- Bernama
