To Admin: May i know why Guests are allow to reply post in our thread?

Why should i register to be bursa community member and login to the forum if i can still reply post as a guest without the need to reveal my identity?

Would this encourage malicious attack toward bursa community's members here since Guest doesn't need to identify themselve?
