Money Services Biz Association launched

The Malaysian Association of Money Services Business has been officially launched by deputy governor of Bank Negara Malaysia Datuk Muhammad Ibrahim.
The association for all the money services business agents now has 412 licensees as members.
The remittance and money-changing has grown significantly in the last decade especially since Bank Negara liberalised the policy to allow non-bank players to provide remittance services.
Money services business covers money-changing,remittances and wholesale currencv (which supports the retail money-changing business.
