KUALA LUMPUR (Feb 25): Recently-listed Matrix Concepts Holdings Bhd’s net profit for the fourth quarter ended 31st December 2013 stood at RM40.66 million.
The group attributed its profit to the sale of residential properties, especially the Hidayu 3D development project.
Revenue for the quarter was RM144.34 million
“The group’s revenue for the current quarter under review was mainly contributed by sales of residential properties comprising of 96.1% of the group’s total revenue generated”, said the company in its results filing with Bursa Malaysia.
Total profits for the full year was RM152.89 million, while cumulative revenue was RM574.66 million
The company announced a dividend of 5 sen per share.
On prospects, the property group said that it is currently focused on the development of its township projects in Seremban, Negeri Sembilan, and Johor.
The group is confident that its profitability will be sustained through the launches of the development projects as well as the continuous sale of current launched projects.
