KUALA LUMPUR (Mar 18): Cypark Resources Bhd has secured a RM17.8 million project to build a private school in Johor Bahru.
In a filing to Bursa Malaysia, Cypark said it had last Friday (March 14) accepted the letter of acceptance from Fairview International School Nusajaya Sdn Bhd for the project.
The one-year contract covers main building work for phase 1 and 2 of the school. "The directors of CRB (Cypark) are of the opinion that the works are in the best interest of CRB.
"The works are expected to contribute positively to the earnings of CRB for the financial year ending 31 October 2014 and would not have any effect on the share capital or shareholdings of the substantial shareholders of CRB," Cypark said.
