Seacera buys land in Malacca

PETALING JAYA: Seacera Group Bhd has acquired 37.63 acres of land in Malacca from Sri Alai Sdn Bhd for RM32.75mil.
In a statement yesterday, the company said its wholly-owned subsidiary, Seacera Land Sdn Bhd, had signed a conditional sale and purchase agreement. The company plans to develop the land as an ecotourism resort with water chalets and private hospitals.
