Seacera buys 60% in SPAZ
PETALING JAYA: Seacera Group Bhd has entered into a share subscription agreement to acquire a 60% stake in construction company SPAZ Sdn Bhd.
In a statement, the group said it would subscribe to the company’s shares for RM3mil, adding that the company had a total contract value in hand of about RM167.6mil.
The existing shareholders of SPAZ are Mohd Azami Idris and Actual Capital Sdn Bhd.
Seacera said the stake was expected to contribute positively to the future earnings of the group.
