| Wednesday, 07 May 2014 20:05 KUALA LUMPUR (May 7): Fajarbaru Builder Group Bhd's wholly-owned subsidiary, Fajarbaru Properties Sdn Bhd, has registered a subsidiary company in Australia, called Fajarbaru-Beulah (Melbourne) Pty Ltd. In a filing to Bursa Malaysia today, the group said that the new company, with an authorised capital of RM302,675, would not have any material impact on the earnings and earnings per share, for the financial year ending June 30, 2014. |
