Borneo Oil unit to expand in Australia (7036)
Borneo Oil Bhd's wholly-owned unit, SB Franchise Management Sdn Bhd,
has incorporated a subsidiary in Australia as a vehicle for possible
expansion of its fast-food franchise and related businesses there.
"The
wholly-owned Australian subsidiary of SB Franchise is SugarBun Pty Ltd
(SBPL)," Borneo Oil said in a filing with Bursa Malaysia today.
Borneo
Oil said SBPL, a shelf company, was incorporated on Sept 10 with an
issued and paid-up share capital of A$12 (A$1=RM3.20), comprising of 12
shares of A$1 each.
It said SBPL intended to increase the paid-up capital to A$100,000. Bernama
