| Thursday, 15 May 2014 19:27 KUALA LUMPUR (May 15): Daya Materials Bhd has disposed its 500,000 ordinary shares of RM1 each in Daya Land & Development Sdn Bhd, representing 100 per cent of the issued and paid-up share capital to its internal group re-organisation, Daya CMT Sdn Bhd, for RM260,054. The disposal was done via a share sale agreement between Daya Materials and Perfect Propel Sdn Bhd, the company said in a filing to Bursa Malaysia today. The disposal is expected to be financed by internally generated funds. |
