Sumatec director sells 0.6% stake

KUALA LUMPUR (Mar 18): [size=14]Sumatec Resources Bhd ([You must be registered and logged in to see this image.] Financial Dashboard)’s director Chan Yok Peng has disposed of 20 million shares or a 0.6% stake in the oil & gas firm, a filing with Bursa Malaysia today revealed.
Chan sold the shares at 19 sen apiece on Mar 13, paring down his indirect stake in Sumatec (fundamental: 2.4; valuation: 0.3) to 109.5 million shares or a 3.14% stake.
Sumatec closed down half a sen or 2% to 22.5 sen, for a market capitalisation of RM783.61 million.
