KUALA LUMPUR (Apr 6): Group managing director and chief executive officer of OSK Holdings Bhd Tan Sri Ong Leong Huat is no longer a director of [size=14]Bursa Malaysia Bhd ([You must be registered and logged in to see this image.] Financial Dashboard).


In a filing today, Bursa (fundamental: 2.3; valuation: 1.7) said Ong retired from his position on March 31 as the company’s independent and non-executive director as he did not seek a reappointment at the company’s annual general meeting held on the same date.

According to the filing, besides his leadership of OSK (fundamental: 1.4; valuation: 2.2), Ong is also the managing director of OSK Property Holdings Bhd ([You must be registered and logged in to see this image.] Financial Dashboard) (fundamental: 2.3 ; valuation: 3.0).

He is also the chairman of DMG & Partners Securities Pte LtdRHB Holdings Hong Kong Ltd and RHB Investment Bank Bhd.
