Bursa queries Kanger over drop in share price

KUALA LUMPUR (May 13): Kanger International Bhd has been slapped with an unusual market activity (UMA) query by Bursa Malaysia today on the fall in its share price of late.
At 10.46am, shares of the global integrated bamboo product manufacturer and supplier fell 4.65% or one sen to 20.5 sen with 16.35 million shares done.
The current price gives it a market value of RM114.36 million
In a filing with the stock exchange, Kanger was instructed to disclose any corporate development related to its businesses and affairs that may account for the share price gain.
The company was also instructed to explain any rumour or report that may have been a contributing factor to the recent movement of its shares.
