Hong Kong: Flat after stocks pare losses
STOCKS ended flat yesterday as dealers pared earlier losses amid hopes of fresh stimulus measures by the US Federal Reserve to kickstart the world's number one economy.
The benchmark Hang Seng Index edged up 13.32 points, or 0.06 per cent, to 21,940.20.
"I expect sentiment will remain cautious as Europe will release bank stress tests on Friday and this may add volatility to the European markets," said Ben Kwong, chief operating officer at KGI Asia. - AFP
