APFT students to get PTPTN loans

KUALA LUMPUR: APFT Bhd’s students are eligible to apply for the national higher education loan facility after the company was granted an approval by the Perbadanan Tabung Pendidikan Tinggi Nasional (PTPTN).
In a filing July 18, APFT said its unit Asia Pacific Flight Training Sdn Bhd was granted the approval by PTPTN on July 13, 2011 to be on its list of private institutions of higher learning.
“APFTA’s students are now eligible to apply to PTPTN for their financing towards their training to be a commercial pilot.
“This approval is a first for a flight academy and APFTA is the only school approved to date,” it said.
