Hong Kong: Shares skid after 4-day rally
SHARES dropped 1.81 per cent yesterday, snapping a four-session winning streak, ahead of the release of key US jobs figures later in the day.
The benchmark Hang Seng Index shed 372.42 points to 20,212.91. The index had risen more than 5 per cent since Monday.
For the week, the index ended up 3.2 per cent, clawing back some of the stiff losses suffered during a global market rout in early August. - Agencies
