PETALING JAYA: MISC Bhd and Dialog Group Bhd, through their joint-venture (JV) company Centralised Terminals Sdn Bhd, have entered into a shareholders’ agreement with China Aviation Oil (S) Corp Ltd to develop and maintain a 380,000 cu m petroleum products storage tank terminal facility near Tanjung Langsat Port, Johor, that is estimated to cost RM371mil.
