Bursa to link S’pore exchange in June

KUALA LUMPUR: The first stage of the rollout of the Asean Trading Link will see the connectivity of Singapore Exchange and Bursa Malaysia in June next year and the Stock Exchange of Thailand in August the same year after the trading engine goes live.
The three bourses would represent 70% of the market capitalisation of the seven-member Asean Exchanges, thus offering substantial investment opportunities for investors, Bursa said in a statement yesterday. — Bernama
