KPJ Healthcare posts higher Q3 pre-tax profit

KPJ Healthcare Bhd posted a higher pre-tax profit of RM134.681 million for the first nine-months of 2011 compared with RM122.457 million recorded in the same period last year. Revenue for the period also rose to RM1.384 billion versus RM1.222 billion, raked in previously.
For the third quarter ended Sept 30, 2011, the company posted a higher
pre-tax profit of RM47.903 million compared with RM43.111 million registered
earlier.
Revenue for the three-month period also rose to RM476.025 million, from
RM436.484 million, chalked up last year. -- Bernama
