Versatile queried over sharp price rise

Bursa Malaysia Securities Bhd has issued an unusual market activity query to Versatile Creative Bhd following a sharp rise in the price and volume of the latter's shares recently.
At 4.35pm, the company's share price increased 8.5 sen to 38 sen with 513.780 million units traded.
Versatile Creative, a Malaysia-based investment holding company, operates in the paperboard mills sector.
The company, through its subsidiaries, operates in four segments namely paper products, plastic products, colour separation and printing as well as lithography services.--Bernama
