Wijaya's new subsidiaries
KUALA LUMPUR: Wijaya Baru Global Bhd (WBGB) is now the new owners of Suffolk Pte Ltd (SPL) and Wealthgate Pte Ltd (WPL) after its proposed acquisitions of RM255.2 million cash went through.
AmInvestment Bank Bhd told Bursa Malaysia yesterday that WBGB had met all the conditions set out for the proposed acquisitions.
"Following the above, the proposed acquisitions have been completed and SPL and WPL are now wholly-owned subsidiaries of WBGB," it said.
